365 Films Challenge  #036 The Great Dictator(1940) Chaplin really is great.  Watching City Lights next, I read that its his best.  That speech at the end of this.  Why cant everybody in the world just watch that speech and live by it.  I love how the whole movie is comical, but then that speech comes along and blows you away.  Very good movie.
